Siddhapurusha Luipa,Creator of Odia Lipi

The need for an Educational institution for higher learning resulted in establishing Luipa Degree Mahavidyalaya, Radho in the year 1993, By the sincere endeavors and dedication of some enthusiastic sons of this village Radho the long cherished dneam of the people to establish a Degree College could be fulfilled.

The idea of establishing a Degree College at Radho first appeared in the minds of a few dedicated persons who paved the way for setting up the college. The dedicated persons convened a meeting and the purpose of establishing a degree college was given full encouragement. A managing committee was formed and Sri Sudarsan Singha was the President and Sri Ranjan Kumar Praharaj was the Secretary. This committee acted whole heartedty to raise funds for the Degree College and collected public donations and subscriptions.  READ MORE..
